Privacy & safe use

Use CyberSure without sharing what should stay protected.

CyberSure is designed for planning and organization. This page describes the information the current application handles and the practical limits of that handling.

Information the current app handles

Account and workspace features handle the profile and workspace details needed to sign in, create a workspace, and manage membership. The public contact form sends the name, email address, and message you choose to provide to CyberSure's support channel.

The CMMC Level 1 Readiness Check keeps answers in your browser. If you choose to email a completed result and actively consent, CyberSure receives only the final requirement-gap summary needed to send that email; individual answer selections are not sent to analytics or event logging.

Do not submit secrets or incident material

Do not enter passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, production logs, customer data, security telemetry, exploit details, or sensitive incident information into CyberSure's public tools or contact form. Use sanitized descriptions and keep sensitive investigation material in your approved internal systems.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Account and workspace data remains in the application while the relevant account and workspace exist. Browser-only planning content remains on your device unless you deliberately save, print, copy, or submit it elsewhere. CyberSure does not publish a fixed retention period for support correspondence or account data in the current product. To ask about account data or deletion, contact team@cybersure.madethis.app.

Your choices

You can avoid optional contact-form fields by not submitting the form, and you can clear browser-stored planning content using your browser controls. Please use the contact path above for questions about information associated with your account or a support request.
