Terms of service
Clear scope for practical security planning.
These terms describe the current CyberSure service. They do not expand the service beyond the functionality that is available in the application.
Scope of service
CyberSure provides educational, organizational, and guided security-planning tools. It is not an emergency response service, a security operations center, a monitoring service, or a substitute for qualified security, legal, or compliance professionals.
No guarantees or certification
CyberSure does not guarantee that a security issue will be fixed, prevented, detected, contained, or resolved. The service does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, compliance certification, audit attestation, or a guarantee of any business or security outcome.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you use with CyberSure, for protecting your own systems and data, and for evaluating, approving, implementing, and verifying any action. Do not submit secrets or sensitive incident details to public tools or support channels.
Availability and liability
CyberSure is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CyberSure disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow a limitation.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Where a recurring CyberSure offer is made available through the hosted checkout, its billing interval, renewal terms, and payment handling are shown there. The public site is not currently accepting purchases while paid delivery is being completed. Requests about a prior or future purchase, renewal, or cancellation must be sent to team@cybersure.madethis.app; submitting a request does not automatically cancel a subscription or create a refund.
